Legal Status

Formally registered under the Non-Governmental Organizations Act No. 24 of 2002 (Cap. 56 R.E. 2023). Maintains a National Level mandate to operate across Tanzania Maintained.

ZINDUKA TANZANIA is anchored by a clear constitutional governance structure. From General Assembly policy decisions to independent financial oversight, we ensure strict compliance and stewardship.

Executive Director

Sweetbert Murugwa Mushi

Serves as the chief executive officer and official legal representative of ZINDUKA TANZANIA. He leads the Secretariat, oversees day-to-day operations, directs strategic plan implementation, and acts as the primary liaison to external partners, government ministries, and international donors.

General Coordinator

Innocent Swetbert Luoga

Responsible for operational coordination across project sites and regional initiatives. He oversees field program implementation, aligns departmental activities with strategic pillars, and manages organizational communications and partner engagement.

Chief Accountant

Asteria Moses Shing’wenda

Head of financial management and compliance. She manages budget allocations, financial reporting, payroll, external audit readiness, and ensures strict adherence to NGO financial regulations under Tanzanian law.
